Shipping Policy
Upon receiving your order, we will promptly email you to acknowledge its receipt and provide you with an order number. If we cannot fulfill your order after this confirmation, we will notify you via email. Please note that our acceptance of your order will be finalized upon dispatch of the product(s) you have ordered.

Kindly be aware that we reserve the right to decline your order under the following circumstances: if an item you requested is out of stock if we discover a product or pricing error, or if we are unable to obtain payment authorization.
Nutriskin will help as much as possible to trace a missing parcel, however, if untracked shipping is selected, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the carrier. Nutriskin is not responsible for refunds of shipping costs of delayed shipping product availability.
